Georgia Cornbread Cake

Georgia Cornbread Cake

  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of packed brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs – beaten
  • 1 cup of cooking oil (I use canola or veggie)
  • 1 1/2 cups of Self Rising flour
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of chopped pecans

Preheat Oven: 350 degrees | Grease & Flour 9×13 pan | Mix All Ingredients | Pour into Greased Pan | Bake 30 – 35+ minutes until set.

*Note: If you touch the center to see if it is set, it will fall. That’s okay. I’ve never had a cornbread cake that didn’t fall.
